Methodology
The core of Availinnovations
software development process is based on Rational Unified
Process principles. We apply Rational Rose and our own unique
modeling tools to create solution architecture and design
of a guaranteed quality, function, and serviceability according
to the customer's requirements.
Availinnovations complete software development
lifecycle services include specification, development, design,
testing, documentation, delivery and customer support.
Project Specification
During the interactive consulting process, the customer's
representative and Availinnovations 's project manager will
define and specify the challenges and opportunities of the
customer's business and of the project details. The Project
Vision and project schedule prepared by Availinnovations staff
will then establish a clear project description, the deadlines,
and the milestones in order to provide complete transparency
of the development process.
Development and design
Once the project schedule and the details are finalized, the
development and design process begins. During the project,
the customer receives a weekly project status report from
Availinnovations 's project manager. As project milestones
are achieved, the customer receives all the stand-alone components
completed to date.
Testing
Availinnovations 's wholly independent Quality Assurance Group
continuously tests all code throughout the development process.
Documentation
Documented source codes and delivered software documentation
(manuals, instructions) are provided to the customer in English.
All the required documentation is developed and tested together
with the product to ensure full compatibility.
Support
Availinnovations is committed to the ongoing support of its
products and provides different methods of customer support
(on-line, e-mail, phone).
